The NSF-NNI/INC2/IFST 2006 ROOM BLOCK at the Hyatt Crystal City will expire at any time!
A minimum length of stay is now in effect:
- For a Sunday or Monday arrival -- a four night minimum is now required.
- Tuesday or Wednesday arrivals are not accepted at this point.
- Thursday arrivals are OK at the moment

Sleeping room cancellation:
In order to cancel a reservation without penalty, it needs to be canceled 24 hours prior to the
date of arrival by 4:00pm. Penalty for reservations cancelled later than 4:00pm and less than
24 hours prior to date of arrival is one night's room + tax.
