Call for Papers - Deadline for Poster Submission Extended to April 16
If you would like to submit an abstract for the poster session, please send your full name and complete contact information, along with your abstract to posters@inc-conf.net. Posters should be of high quality and general interest.
Key topics may include:
- Technical; presentations describing key research results of high regional significance
- Regional programmatic descriptions describing organized research efforts or regionally identified research needs
- Description of key regional research facilities, especially those with unique capabilities
Specifications: Each poster is comprised of a 20-page presentation on 8.5 x 11 paper. These will be posted by the presenter on the first day of the conference on large two-sided cork boards provided by the conference. Each presenter will post their presentation on one side of the cork board.
Abstracts should be 200 words or less and are due April 16, 2006 (note extended date) . Abstracts
will undergo a peer review selection and all submitters will be notified of the selection results by April
28, 2006. Selection criteria include high technical quality, broad interest, and high information content. If
selected for poster session, the presenter is asked to provide printed copies of the abstract for distribution
during the conference and allow the poster to be posted on the conference website.
Conference attendees whose posters have selected for presentation will be able to register for a reduced fee of $200.
